(Her best friend has an ipad in their house and this is them playing a cupcake game together.) Also she does not like drawing feet.
My daughter was given a project from school to make a quilt. The kids were given questions over a number of weeks and the instructions were to make a quilt (out of anything, paper, felt, fabric) with the answers.
We decided, of course, that we would use fabric. We stamped out the questions together using rubber stamps and fabric ink. My daughter drew a draft of her answer on paper, then in neat onto the fabric squares using fabric pens. We sewed borders on each white square; she chose the fabric, I cut it and she sat on my lap and we sewed them together. Truly a team project.
We have the top finished and now we need to quilt it. I am thinking it would be fun if we hand quilted it together.
She is pleased as punch with it and can't wait for it to be finished.
